Job Description

  • Arrange daily air export and import shipments and operations.
  • Understand and strictly follow the SOPs of all customers.
  • Follow up with local customers regarding cargo and document status; inform relevant parties of any changes.
  • Prepare all essential shipping documents (e.g., flight schedule, HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, Invoice/Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the trucking team to book trucks for timely pickup and delivery.
  • Work closely with Customs Brokers to ensure smooth import and export operations.
  • Report any irregularities to customers, managers, and concerned parties.
  • Communicate with airlines, GSAs, CSAs, and overseas agents regarding flight schedules.
  • Update schedules for customers and agents.
  • Check and obtain booking approvals from shippers.
  • Issue HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, etc., for smooth shipment arrangements.
  • Responsible for complete system data entry.
  • Issue invoices and send them to customers and overseas agents on time.
  • Send pre-alerts and shipping advice to customers.
  • Follow up on shipment arrivals according to schedule.
  • Support and coordinate with other operations staff and related departments.
  • Submit weekly reports to the manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
