Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned products and territories.
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market coverage.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across assigned outlets.

2. General Trade Management

• Manage and develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers, grocery stores, minimarts, and other GT customers.
• Identify and open new sales outlets to expand distribution coverage.
• Regularly visit customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Negotiate orders, promotions, pricing, and commercial terms within company guidelines.

3. Market & Customer Development

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to the Sales Manager.
• Support the launch and distribution of new products.

4. Product Visibility & Execution

• Ensure products are properly displayed and available at customer outlets.
• Implement company promotions, trade programs, and merchandising activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors/warehouse teams to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure promotional materials and POSM are properly implemented.

5. Sales Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and outlet information.
• Track sales orders, collections, outstanding payments, and customer issues.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market conditions.

6. Team & Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales Supervisors, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Support junior sales team members and share market knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, beverage, or distribution.
• Strong experience in General Trade (GT) channel sales is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Cambodia FMCG market and traditional trade channels.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of sales planning, distribution, merchandising, and market development.
• Able to conduct regular field visits and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review daily accounting entries, journals, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and bank transactions.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper recording and classification of all business expenses and revenues.

2. Import & Inventory Accounting

• Record and monitor import-related costs, including product costs, freight, customs duties, taxes, and other import expenses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock valuation.
• Reconcile accounting records with physical inventory and warehouse reports.
• Monitor product costing, inventory movements, stock adjustments, and losses.
• Work closely with the Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory information.

3. Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts regularly.
• Ensure all transactions are properly supported by relevant documents.

4. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and other financial analysis.
• Provide financial information and analysis to management for decision-making.
• Monitor revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and business costs.

5. Tax & Compliance

• Ensure accounting records comply with Cambodian accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.
• Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for tax and audit purposes.

6. Internal Control

• Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures and financial controls.
• Review transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support management in improving financial and accounting processes.

7. Team Support

• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.
• Review accounting work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting and financial issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, import & distribution, trading, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, inventory accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Cambodian tax and accounting requirements.
• Experience with import costing, inventory control, and product costing is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
