Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining the garden.
• Inspect and organize the garden to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Responsible for watering plants (twice a day) and general garden upkeep.
• Monitor and provide proper plant care.
• Fertilize and apply pest control every 10 to 15 days depending on plant conditions.
• Clean and organize the area after gardening tasks.
• Clean drainage systems and water channels.
• Fertilize around flower beds and tree bases.
• Operate gardening machinery and ensure proper maintenance.
• Protect and care for trees and flowers to maintain their health.
• Monitor and inspect the garden area and report any issues to the designated location.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education level: high school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in plant care and gardening.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week, with 4 Sundays off per month.
• Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Basic knowledge of proper plant care techniques.
• Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery.
• Understanding of plant care and pest control.
• Knowledge of garden design and layout.
• Familiarity with plant protection and pest prevention.
• Awareness of safety and hygiene in the workplace.
• Willingness to adapt to changes in work location as needed.
