Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary Range: 300$-450$
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily to promote and sell BR Handy products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and distribution goals
• Open new outlets and expand product availability in assigned territories
• Collect sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with warehouse/logistics
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
• Implement sales promotions, discounts, and in-store marketing activities
• Monitor stock levels at outlets and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers
• Collect market information on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Prepare daily sales activity reports and submit to supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, and sales policies

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation may also be considered

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of FMCG sales and retail operations
• Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
• Good communication in Khmer; basic English is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiar with local market areas and retail networks
