Job Title: Assistant to CEO Chinese Speaking

Salary Range: 1200$-1700$
Industrial : Construction and real estate  developer 
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes; follow up on action items and deadlines
  • Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and departments, ensuring instructions and decisions are clearly conveyed and implemented
  • Assist the CEO in monitoring company projects, timelines, and performance indicators
  • Coordinate with department heads on operational issues, project updates, and management requests
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Support the CEO in business planning, strategy development, and management reporting
  • Assist in preparing documents for board meetings, partners, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and market information collection as assigned
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO when required
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Assistant Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or hospitality is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese, English and Khmer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
