DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Report to: Marketing Supervisor
A Digital Marketing Specialist will develops and implements comprehensive digital strategies to enhance the school’s online presence, drive student enrollment, and engage with international communities. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for all digital channels—including websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok), and paid advertising (Google Ads)—to promote the school's brand, academic programs, and co-curricular activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Digital Strategy and Brand Management: Create and execute annual marketing plans, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Admissions and Lead Generation: Collaborate with admissions teams to create campaigns that target prospective families, generate inquiries, and increase enrollment.
• Website and Content Management: Oversee the school website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage social media accounts (including regional platforms like WeChat/Line) and create engaging content, including video production.
• Paid Campaigns and Analytics: Optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and monitor performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) to report on campaign effectiveness.
• Community Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and potential business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a
related field • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, typically within the
educational establishment or service industry. • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics,
Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and content management systems (CMS). • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to
communicate with diverse international audiences. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and campaign
data to optimize performance.
