Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly financial statements and management reports.
• Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable, customer credit, collections, and overdue balances.
• Manage accounts payable, supplier invoices, payment schedules, and supplier reconciliations.
• Perform daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, returns, damages, stock adjustments, and transfers.
• Reconcile physical stock with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure accounting documents are complete, accurate, properly filed, and supported by appropriate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian accounting and tax requirements.
• Prepare document and doing   monthly  tax  declaration 
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve financial and accounting issues.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required financial information.
• Develop and maintain effective accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.
• Perform other accounting and financial duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG, F&B, Cosmetics, Trading, Retail, or Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, including GL, AP, AR, inventory, cash, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, customer collections, and product costing.
• Good understanding of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, Quick Book and Localize  
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Experience supervising junior accounting staff is an advantage.
• Good Khmer communication skills; English is Medium
