Senior Inventory Control

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse / Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, and adjusting stock.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate stock balances by item, warehouse, location, and project.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual stock counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, shortages, overstock, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Project, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and analyze stock movement, aging, and variances.
• Ensure proper stock coding, labelling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Supervise and guide Inventory Control Officers, Storekeepers, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or stock control.
• Preferably 1–2 years of senior or supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, inventory aging, stock turnover, and reorder-point concepts.
• Experience in an IT Solutions / IT equipment company is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with multiple departments.
