Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Biological Engineer and Production team in monitoring biological and production processes.
Support laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, water samples, and finished products.
Conduct basic microbiological, biological, and water-quality tests according to established procedures.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality and safety standards.
Collect and record laboratory and production data accurately.
Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs, testing procedures, and technical documentation.
Support Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
Assist in identifying production or quality issues and report problems to the supervisor.
Ensure laboratory equipment, tools, and working areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Support sample collection, preparation, testing, and storage.
Assist with research and development activities for improving Bio Water and healthcare-related products.
Follow company policies, laboratory procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare basic reports and provide technical information to the supervisor when required.
Work closely with Production, QC, QA, R&D, and other relevant departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of microbiology, biological processes, water quality, and laboratory procedures.
Basic understanding of laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and sample-handling procedures is an advantage.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other quality standards is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under supervision.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Basic English communication and technical reading skills are an advantage.
Willing to work in a laboratory and production environment.
