Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Salary: 500$-700$
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Plan and assign sales routes, schedules, and coverage plans to ensure maximum market penetration
  • Monitor sales performance, productivity, and discipline of the sales team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers
  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
  • Execute sales promotions, trade marketing activities, and in-store campaigns effectively
  • Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to management
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to sales, delivery, and product quality
  • Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control procedures
  • Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of FMCG sales channels (GT, MT, wholesale, retail)
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance trends
  • Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales target
