Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Salary: 500$-700$

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Plan and assign sales routes, schedules, and coverage plans to ensure maximum market penetration
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and discipline of the sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Execute sales promotions, trade marketing activities, and in-store campaigns effectively
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to sales, delivery, and product quality
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control procedures
- Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Solid understanding of FMCG sales channels (GT, MT, wholesale, retail)
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance trends
- Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales target
