Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and introduce the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
• Visit assigned healthcare professionals regularly to present product information, benefits, usage, and product updates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain an effective customer and territory coverage plan.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date product information in accordance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and product performance.
• Follow up with customers regarding product availability, orders, feedback, and other business requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and management teams to implement promotional and sales activities.
• Organize or support product presentations, medical seminars, product launches, and other promotional activities when required.
• Prepare daily and weekly visit reports, sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support to healthcare customers.
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain professional behavior and a positive company image when dealing with healthcare professionals and customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Healthcare Sales Representative, or in a related position is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales motivation are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Good sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to plan daily customer visits and manage an assigned territory effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of Khmer and Medium in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel to visit customers within the assigned territory
