Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and introduce the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Visit assigned healthcare professionals regularly to present product information, benefits, usage, and product updates.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain an effective customer and territory coverage plan.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information in accordance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and product performance.
- Follow up with customers regarding product availability, orders, feedback, and other business requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and management teams to implement promotional and sales activities.
- Organize or support product presentations, medical seminars, product launches, and other promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly visit reports, sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support to healthcare customers.
- Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain professional behavior and a positive company image when dealing with healthcare professionals and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Healthcare Sales Representative, or in a related position is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales motivation are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Good sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to plan daily customer visits and manage an assigned territory effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good command of Khmer and Medium in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel to visit customers within the assigned territory
