Response to staff recruitment and selection process
Response for HR administration process
Take responsibility for staff compensation & benefits, staff resign and staff termination analysis.
Support HR team to leading for organizational activities, prepare New Employee Orientation, as well as onboard oriented.
Involved with for any activities of HR functions.
Response for payroll process and management
Staff Performance Management and Assessment
New Employee Orientation Program Management and Implementation.
Joining and support HR team for any organizational climate activities.
Reported to HR Manager
Other tasks are required by HR Manager and HR team.
Requirements:
MBA or Bachelor of Business Administration is required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
Proficiency in office (word, excel, and power point) for all the standard design
Good interpersonal and communication skills and active characteristic
Self-motivated and teamwork spirit.
Strong knowledge and understand about Cambodia Labour Law.
Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
