Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Company: Fine Flooring (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
Report to: Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing and controlling daily production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production line workers and ensure they follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and report issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are prepared and available before production starts.
• Support training for production operators on machine operation, safety, and product standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Record daily production data such as output quantity, downtime, material usage, and defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to 5S and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Training in production management or lean manufacturing is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in flooring, furniture, wood, or construction material manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiar with production machinery, workflow, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of production processes and factory operations.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to identify problems and suggest effective solutions.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) and basic report writing ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good communication skills in Khmer; English or Chinese is an advantage
