Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary Range: 300$-450$
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily to promote and sell BR Handy products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and distribution goals
- Open new outlets and expand product availability in assigned territories
- Collect sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with warehouse/logistics
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Implement sales promotions, discounts, and in-store marketing activities
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers
- Collect market information on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Prepare daily sales activity reports and submit to supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, and sales policies
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or related field
- Fresh graduates with strong motivation may also be considered
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of FMCG sales and retail operations
- Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
- Good communication in Khmer; basic English is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with local market areas and retail networks
