Responsibilities
Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Business Planning
· Lead the development and execute annual sales strategy, budgets, and forecasts
· Review and execute sales targets by region and product category
· Design and optimize route-to-market strategies
· Align promotions with Marketing
· Lead business expansion initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
· Lead, coach, motivate, and discipline a nationwide sales organization
· Develop high-performing sales talent within the sales organization
· Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to link individual
performance directly to the sales targets
· Foster a performance-driven and results-oriented culture
· Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Key Customer Management
• · Lead the management of strategically important General Trade accounts, specifically
focusing on key wholesalers, major dealers, and high-volume key retailers across the nation.
• · Drive negotiations for annual/quarterly commercial agreements, trade terms, and Joint
Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers to secure volume targets and optimize profitable
growth.
• · Develop and implement specific trade marketing programs and initiatives tailored to key
retailers and wholesalers to maximize brand visibility, product availability, and shelf space.
• · Cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships with decision-makers at all key
customer
Qualifications
• 8 above years of progressive sales experience in Electricals Products in Construction or
equivalent distribution will be advantage
• Minimum 3–8 years in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven experience managing nationwide sales teams
• Experience handling multi-brand portfolios is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google
Sheets, and Docs.
• Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
• Strategic sales leadership
Budget 1.5 to 1.8K Negotiable (local candidate)
