Secretary to CEO (Chinese Speaking)
Salary range:1500$-2000$
Job Description
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support directly to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and business arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, partners, and government or business stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and business communications on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Translate and interpret between Chinese and English/Khmer during meetings, discussions, and business activities.
- Follow up on action items and ensure important tasks and deadlines are completed on time.
- Assist the CEO in coordinating projects and business activities across different departments.
- Conduct research and prepare information or summaries to support the CEO’s decision-making.
- Arrange business travel, transportation, accommodation, and other executive requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and sensitive business matters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal, Accounting and finance, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent Chinese/Mandarin is required; good English communication is highly preferred. Khmer is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar position.
- Experience working with a Chinese company, international company, technology, telecommunications, or related industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business communication tools.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel or accompany the CEO for business meetings when required.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
