Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative content including short videos, product videos, photos, reels, promotional posts, and captions.
- Produce video content demonstrating gym and fitness equipment, including product features, benefits, usage, and demonstrations.
- Participate in product shooting and create content that effectively promotes the company's products and brand.
- Write attractive Khmer and/or English captions, product descriptions, and promotional messages.
- Follow social media trends and develop creative ideas suitable for the fitness, gym, health, and lifestyle market.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop content supporting sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and maintain a regular content posting schedule across social media channels.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, views, and audience feedback and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, fitness content, and social media trends in Cambodia.
- Support company events, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand image and maintains professional quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related position.
- Experience creating TikTok/Reels/short-form video content is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and other social media platforms.
- Able to use basic video editing and graphic design tools, such as CapCut, Canvas,
- Creative, energetic, and able to develop new content ideas independently.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple content projects.
- Passion or interest in gym, fitness, sports, health, or lifestyle products is a strong advantage.
- Khmer language proficiency is required; English communication skills are an advantage.
