Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary Range: 300$-500$

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Managing Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for accounting, tax, audit, payroll, and business registration services
- Present company services professionally and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online inquiries
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and consultations
- Prepare service proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the technical team
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with accounting and tax teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
- Follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and payment status
- Update and maintain client records in CRM or sales tracking system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the professional services industry
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, and business networking activities
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience selling professional services (accounting, audit, tax, legal, consulting) is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain accounting and tax services clearly to clients
- Good client relationship management and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong coordination skills with internal technical teams
- Good communication in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of accounting, tax, or business registration is an advantage
