Job Title: Accountant & Sales Admin

Department: Accounting & Sales Support
Reports to: Accounting Manager / Managing Partner
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting records for clients and internal company accounts
- Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support tax compliance work, including VAT, withholding tax, salary tax, and annual tax filing
- Prepare client invoices and follow up on payment collection
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and tax documents
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Support audits and respond to accounting-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations
Sales Administration Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and sales-related documents
- Support sales team with proposal preparation and client documentation
- Maintain client database, contracts, and service records
- Track sales performance, service delivery status, and billing schedules
- Coordinate between sales team and accounting/tax team for client onboarding
- Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and service status
- Prepare sales and revenue reports for management
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or sales administration
- Experience in accounting firms or professional services is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in Khmer; English is an advantage
- Strong coordination and customer service skills
