Job Title: Event Organizing Officer (Purchasing)
Salary range: 300$-450$

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Accounting and Finance
Reports to: Accounting and Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Event Organizing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, property launches, customer engagement programs, and internal events
- Prepare event timelines, schedules, and task assignments for team members
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations
- Ensure proper setup, decoration, and logistical arrangements for events
- Monitor event progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality execution
- Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for management evaluation
- Support marketing campaigns and online/offline promotional activities
Purchasing / Procurement
- Source and procure materials, supplies, equipment, and services required for events
- Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
- Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approved budgets
General Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting for events and marketing activities
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all event and procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals and deadlines
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event organizing, marketing, or procurement
- Experience in real estate, property development, or FMCG events is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong event planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in Khmer; English is an advantage
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
