Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Salary range: 500$-700$
Industrial : construction and real estate developer
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Director


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company’s sales and branding objectives
  • Manage and update company digital platforms, including website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, captions, videos, basic graphics) to promote property projects, promotions, and brand activities
  • Generate and manage online leads; coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
  • Monitor, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Optimize SEO and website content to improve search engine ranking and traffic
  • Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign performance
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and influencers when required
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Support offline marketing activities and events when necessary

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or construction is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools are an advantage)
  • Understanding of SEO, website management, and content marketing
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare clear reports
  • Strong communication skills in English and Khmer (spoken and written)
  • Good coordination skills and teamwork with sales and management teams
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
