Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Salary Range:300$-500$
Industrial: Construction and Engineering
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Report to: Customer Care Manager / Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about construction progress, handover procedures, and after-sales services
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person
2. After-Sales & Defect Management
- Receive, record, and follow up on customer defects, maintenance, and warranty claims
- Coordinate with site, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
- Track and monitor defect rectification until completion
3. Customer Records & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases, contracts, handover documents, and service records
- Prepare customer service reports, complaint logs, and follow-up status
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates
4. Coordination & Internal Support
- Work closely with sales, construction, and project teams to ensure smooth customer handover
- Schedule site visits, inspections, and handover appointments with customers
- Support management in improving customer service processes
5. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest service improvements
- Maintain long-term relationships and protect company reputation
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer care
- Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or housing projects is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations
- Good coordination and time-management skills
Language & Technical Skills
- Proficient in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
