Distribution Sales Manager (1 position)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develops distribution partners and builds a distribution partner system in the region. Be responsible for the distribution performance and overall distribution revenue of distribution partners.

- Gain insights into the regional distribution market, analyze competition, plan the distribution partner layout for different industries in the region, and certify the development of distribution gold medals and distribution elites.

- Improve the product control and marketing capabilities of distributors, support their marketing and promotion, and help them sell out.

- Manage the inventory level and price order of distribution partners, and build a healthy and sustainable distribution partner ecosystem

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years’ experience in ICT industry or customer business industry. - Good command of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English, good

communication skills, logical analysis skills, and strong problem-promotion skills. - Be able to adapt to high-strength working environment and have certain compression resistance

Data Center Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities: The employee will work closely with account representatives together, to achieve market objectives.

The employee will mostly focus on:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a data center.

• Identify risks and perform IDC vendor operation and maintenance quality assessment. • As a technical professional for all facilities-related issues within the data center of Asia-Pacific,

escalating to the HQ tech team as needed. • Perform RCA (root cause analysis) of critical equipment failures. • Troubleshoot and report of facility and data sever-level events within internal SLA. • Create and deploy new standard practices for technicians and IDC vendor support teams. • Provide training and guidance to operation team, such as MOP, SOP, EOP. • Ensure all EHS procedures are adhered to by vendor and Huawei staff. • Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

Job Requirements: • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data center or other critical environment or 5+ years of

technical training or experience with relevant data center facilities equipment. • Bachelors or above in telecom & network engineering field or mechanical or electrical • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize work in a complex and fast-paced environment.

DQA/EHS manager- (1 Positions)

Duties and responsibilities:  Main responsibilities of DQA: Chief Quality Officer at project level, to establish an effective project quality

management system. As a project manager, the partner shall make continuous improvement and reduce non-conformity costs by "customer-oriented, process-based, and operation-assisted" policy. 1. Conduct project quality management according to the four-phase and sixteen-step methodology of

project quality management; 2. Project quality issue notification and risk warning 3. Accountability management is conducted for quality integrity and quality violations

 QCs include business QCs and site QCs: 1. The SD team leader serves as the business QC to perform the QC checklist for the process compliance

of the business according to the process key point self-checklist of the business management department, output the self-checklist, and submit it to the DQA and DPM for verification and archiving.

2. Provide business guidance for site QCs, and implement key points and requirements of the process to sites through site check by site QCs

 Main responsibilities of site QC: 1. Spot check on the delivery site quality, subcontractor qualification (check subcontractor training

certificate), and EHS. 2. Perform batch spot check, output quality spot check report, and trigger acceptance. 3. Track issue improvement and closure. 4. Perform process KCP self-check at the project level and output the QC checklist. 5. Adapt the SOP in the project and promote the implementation

Job requirement:  Have a good systematic thinking and view of overall situation, strong communication, comprehension and

execution capability, positive and optimistic, strong compression ability and resilient.

 PC and office application skills, also office project; office viso ;

 Telecommunications, computer, electronics, civil engineering is preferred, bachelor's degree and above is required.

 Hard working & possible to work at weekend

 Fluency English speaking, licensing, read and writing, work language is English, Chinese is a plus;

Job Experience:  Both graduates and experienced are acceptable;

 Communications, electronics, computers ,civil engineering and other related industry experience

 Telecom related work experience, familiar with mobile network, fixed network, civil work theory or related work experience have priority.

HR Specialist (1 position)

Duties and Responsibilities: Scope of Human Resource Work:

 Response to staff recruitment and selection process

 Response for HR administration process

 Take responsibility for staff compensation & benefits, staff resign and staff termination analysis.

 Support HR team to leading for organizational activities, prepare New Employee Orientation, as well as onboard oriented.

 Involved with for any activities of HR functions.

 Response for payroll process and management

 Staff Performance Management and Assessment

 New Employee Orientation Program Management and Implementation.

 Joining and support HR team for any organizational climate activities.

 Reported to HR Manager

 Other tasks are required by HR Manager and HR team.

Job Requirements:  MBA or Bachelor of Business Administration is required.

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management

 Proficiency in office (word, excel, and power point) for all the standard design

 Good interpersonal and communication skills and active characteristic

 Self-motivated and teamwork spirit.

 Strong knowledge and understand about Cambodia Labour Law.

 Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
