JOB TITLE : Senior Sales
REPORTS TO : Sales / Marketing Manager
DEPARTMENT : Sales / Marketing Department
Working Time : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Sat Half Day Morning)

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
The Senior Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. They ensure that all sales operations align with the company's business objectives, provide excellent customer service, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, team leadership, and technical knowledge in laboratory operations or life sciences.
ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCE (Authority):
As Senior Sales in a laboratory setting plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales activities of laboratory products, services, or equipment.
DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales objectives for the team and track progress.
4. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and identify areas for development sales representatives
6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and new prospects.
7. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
9. Maintain a deep understanding of the laboratory products and services offered.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
11. Track and report on sales metrics, team performance, and market data.
12. Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for sales / marketing manager
13. Manage other tasks assigned by line manager
PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCE
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, Sales / Marketing or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the laboratory or life sciences industry; prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Language: English Good

Senior Sale Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Client Acquisition
• Identify, approach, and secure new clients for internet and value-added services. • Focus on high-value prospects such as corporate offices, buildings, SMEs, and VIP residential
areas. • Perform site surveys (with engineers or field teams) if needed to confirm service feasibility.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored internet, Wi-Fi, and enterprise packages. • Build persuasive sales pitches and presentations, highlighting reliability, speed, and SLAs. • Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and contract signing.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high renewal and upgrade rates. • Address issues or complaints quickly by coordinating with support, technical, and billing teams. • Maintain ongoing relationships to upsell bandwidth upgrades, static IPs, or managed services.
4. Mentorship & Team Support
• Coach and guide junior sales executives or new team members. • Share best practices, sales tips, and help others close deals when necessary.
5. Reporting & CRM Usage
• Log leads, opportunities, client communications, and deals in CRM or sales tools. • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager or Head of Sales. • Monitor market trends, competitors, and suggest package/pricing improvements.
Skills & Requirements: • 3–5 years+ in B2C or B2B internet/telecom sales • Strong understanding of fiber, wireless, routers, and network basics • Ability to engage decision-makers in IT, admin, or property management • Skilled in negotiation, closing, and objection handling • Proficient in CRM tools. • Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)

Key Responsibilities.
Communicate direction, strategies and actions planned put forth by the management team
to sales consultants.
Monitor and track sale performance both by project and by individuals
Guide and support sales consultants to provide high quality services to customers
Handle complaints and problems from customers
Ensure customer relationship management system is properly used and maintained by sales
consultants
Identify improvement areas and take initiatives to address issues concerning sale
performance.
Share knowledge and promote knowledge sharing within team
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant
fields
At least 5 years of experience in a professional work setting.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Have knowledge of selling techniques and concepts
Be an excellent communicator and think creatively
Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner.
Strong attention to details
Strong communication skills both in Khmer and English

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The Head/ Senior Manager/ Manager of Legal and Compliance is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters within the bank. This leadership role ensures that the bank operates within the law, follows internal policies, and maintains high standards of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Review internal policies, manuals, guidelines, and processes to ensure alignment and compliance to those at the Group and local regulators.
• Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of issues, including banking operations, commercial transactions, contracts, litigation, and corporate governance.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs aligned with Cambodian laws and regulations (NBC, AML/CFT, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as the National Bank of Cambodia and other government authorities.
• Monitor and interpret new legislation and regulatory developments, assessing the impact on the bank and ensuring timely implementation.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, policies, and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Oversee internal audits and risk assessments related to compliance.
• Train and advise senior management and staff on legal and compliance obligations.
• Ensure all operational risks are reported in a timely and accurate manner.
• Represent the bank in legal proceedings, negotiations, and disputes when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law; admission to the BAR is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of legal and compliance experience in the banking or financial industry, including leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Cambodian financial regulations, AML/CFT laws, and corporate law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership & people management skills
• Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and verbal).
• High integrity and sound judgment.
