Job Description:

The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and safety compliance. This role is responsible for coordinating production line activities, monitoring worker performance, and maintaining continuous workflow to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing and controlling daily production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production line workers and ensure they follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and report issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are prepared and available before production starts.
• Support training for production operators on machine operation, safety, and product standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Record daily production data such as output quantity, downtime, material usage, and defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to 5S and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Training in production management or lean manufacturing is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in flooring, furniture, wood, or construction material manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiar with production machinery, workflow, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of production processes and factory operations.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to identify problems and suggest effective solutions.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) and basic report writing ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good communication skills in Khmer; English or Chinese is an advantage

Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Job Description:

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for production and operations at Fine Flooring (Cambodia). This role ensures the procurement process aligns with company standards in cost efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and spare parts used in flooring manufacturing.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions to ensure the best value for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier information, purchase orders, and material delivery status.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delay, or non-compliance.
• Support inventory management to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analysis for management review.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policy and internal control standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining good relationships with local and international suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Additional certification in procurement or supply chain
• Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or construction material industry.

The Senior Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

3. Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales objectives for the team and track progress.

4. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.

5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and identify areas for development sales representatives

6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and new prospects.

7. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

8. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.

9. Maintain a deep understanding of the laboratory products and services offered.
